So you have just bought adjustable bed frames and you have no idea how to assemble it. Assembling this type of bed can be difficult if it is not done methodically. There are different steps that you need to follow.
Some of the things that you would need to assemble are your frame, large bolts and nuts, wrench, and measuring tape. You would need the measuring tape to measure your mattress. This is the most important thing to do as you have to make sure that your mattress fit the frame perfectly or else you won't get the benefits and comfort of having adjustable beds. So the first thing you have to do is to measure and record the length and width of the mattress or box springs.

Now, look at the parts of your adjustable bed frames. You will notice that there are two long sides and two shorter sides. You have to place the two long sides parallel to each other. The two shorter sides should also be parallel to each other, thereby, creating a rectangle.
Then based on your measurements, make sure that the frame is large enough to accommodate the bed. One way to do this is to place the measurements of the frame larger than the bed. This will ensure that the bed will fit on top of your frame.
When you are finally certain about the measurements, you can then connect the different corners. Start with the top right corner of the bed. Stick the bolt with the head on top through the opening of the frame. Then lightly secure the nut to the bottom of the bolt. At this time, make sure that the nuts are not secured too tightly so that you can easily adjust once the bed is in place. Repeat this step until you have secured all the four corners.
You can now place the bed on your frame. Just gently place the mattress or mattress box on the frame then push each corner of frame inwards until it is flush with the mattress. There should be a snug barrier that is created around the mattress before you secure it in place. Once it is secure, you have to tighten the loose nuts on the bolts. You can do this using your hands. But if it is too difficult then you can also use a wrench to firmly secure them in place.
When you are assembling your adjustable bed frames, make sure that you place the frame where you want the bed to be or else you will have difficulty moving this furniture across the room. Another thing that you have to remember when assembling this type of bed is that you have to keep the sheets and padding off the mattress until the frame is fully secure and the mattress and box springs in place. Lastly, though your adjustable bed frames are securely in place, don't jump and down on the bed as this can wear out your mattress.
